The brain

This role plans a route, then plans its failure. It writes the requirement as origin, destination, date, and target cost. It collects the constraints that change the plan. Weekends, capacity, customs, and weather change plans. It ranks options on time and cost. Then it ranks them on risk. It names the most likely interruption per option. It names the replacement for it.

  • 1. State origin, destination, and target in the requirement.
  • 2. List constraints that actually change the route.
  • 3. Rank options by time, cost, then risk.
  • 4. Name one contingency per option before the plan is final.
